Met Office warns of floods and power cuts with temperatures as low as 6C in NorfolkKent and Surrey could receive more than a month’s worth of rain on Monday, forecasters have said, as swathes of the country face a cold, wet and windy start to the week.Strong winds and heavy rainfall were forecast for eastern, south-eastern and central England, the Met Office said.
