Killer who stabbed his teenage victim, 17, to death is living in a hotel at the taxpayers' expense

Christopher Clark Jones, 36, who was jailed for murdering 17-year-old Morgan Jay Shepherd in Brisbane in 2005, has been living off taxpayers money at a hotel after he was deported.
