Lobbying plays a vital role in our democracy. 2.32pm BST At the Times CEO summit Greg Clark, the business secretary, was also speaking. According to Sky’s Ed Conway, he said businesses “look with dismay” when government ministers disagree. Greg Clarke alluding to *that* Boris remark (“f**k business”) at the #TimesCEOSummit: “We don’t want a running debate between different members of govt.
