Advisory vote will not stop Rico Back from receiving 17% more than predecessor Moya GreeneShareholders in Royal Mail have lodged a huge protest vote against the pay arrangements of the new boss of the privatised postal service.More than 70% of investors voted against the pay deal handed to its new chief executive, Rico Back. The Switzerland-based executive, who will commute to the UK in order to run Royal Mail, is being paid 17% more than his predecessor Moya Greene.
