Spanish PM withdraws threat to boycott EU summit and says Madrid WILL vote in favour of Brexit

Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez told a news conference this afternoon that the EU summit would go ahead after the UK and the EU agreed to give Spain a say in the future of Gibraltar.
