Governor to undergo training after flaws found in rulings filmed for documentary seriesA prison governor has been ordered to undergo training after delivering two unlawful verdicts in jail adjudications that were watched by more than a million TV viewers.The verdicts have been quashed and all adjudications the governor has made are to be reviewed.
