Uno de sus prototipos ha logrado lo que se conoce como\u00a0&#8220;supremac\u00eda cu\u00e1ntica&#8221;: hacer una operaci\u00f3n en unos minutos que en un ordenador convencional llevar\u00eda miles de a\u00f1os. IBM, que tambi\u00e9n desarrolla un ordenador cu\u00e1ntico, ha puesto en duda el hallazgo y defiende que su mayor supercomputador era capaz de replicar el experimento en 2,5 d\u00edas. El debate comercial ya est\u00e1 servido, pero hay pocas dudas en la comunidad cient\u00edfica de que la computaci\u00f3n cu\u00e1ntica vive d\u00edas de gloria.
