Seg\u00fan aprob\u00f3 el consejo de administraci\u00f3n de la empresa gestora de los aeropuertos espa\u00f1oles en su \u00faltima reuni\u00f3n, la operaci\u00f3n consiste en unificar las actuales terminales 1, 2 y 3 y en ampliar la T4 y su sat\u00e9lite para optimizar el funcionamiento general y elevar el n\u00famero potencial de pasajeros de 70 a 80 millones.
