Bora-Hansgrohe\u2019s efforts to animate this race may play nicely into CCC\u2019s hands, as Van Avermaet speculated before the stage. 2.42pm BST 101km to go: K\u00fcng leads over the climb with around a minute advantage as hundreds of fans line both sides of the road in the sunshine. Back in the first group, which consists of 115 riders, we have Julian Alaphilippe (Deceuninck &#8211; Quick-Step) with his teammate Bob Jungels. Alaphilippe looks lively and like he may have the legs to go for the win today. The green jersey Bennett, further back down the road in a group of 37 riders, has four teammates with him &#8211; Devenyns, Asgreen, Cavagna and Declerq.
