Or, by challenging an extra puff on an asthma inhaler does it show how British is scrupulously careful and leading the world in keeping sport clean?I genuinely don&#8217;t think there&#8217;s anything on the scale of systemic doping in Russia going on in British sport but I think the recent duty of care scandals have shown we&#8217;re increasingly adopting a win at all costs mantra in Olympic sport.
