La compa\u00f1\u00eda mont\u00f3 una red de franquicias en los a\u00f1os ochenta que transfieren a esa matriz la facturaci\u00f3n que se realiza en cada mercado. Estas franquicias operan \u00fanicamente pagando una serie de derechos de uso de la marcha y gesti\u00f3n. Y la matriz holandesa es la que paga impuestos sobre las ventas en todo el mundo, con un sistema ventajoso. Para la Comisi\u00f3n, las decisiones fiscales adoptadas por las autoridades holandesas en 2006 y 2011 redujeron los beneficios imponibles de Inter Ikea Systems en Holanda.
