The list of things we \u201cmillennials are killing\u201d keeps getting longer, and the latest casualty is the living room.We don\u2019t need them, says Patrik Schumacher, one of those \u201ccontroversial\u201d architects, and not for his outlandish designs. In a paper published by the Adam Smith Institute last week he argues that housing for young people \u2013 if not now, in \u201cthe liberalised future\u201d \u2013 should be centrally located but smaller, to make it more affordable. Plus he proposes a way to achieve it: more capitalism.
