El vicepresidente de la CE para el Euro, Valdis Dombrovskis, ha afirmado durante la rueda de prensa, que \u00ablas negociaciones intensivas durante las \u00faltimas dos semanas han dado lugar a una soluci\u00f3n para 2019. Esto nos permite evitar un procedimiento de d\u00e9ficit excesivo por el momento\u00bb.
